SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

Products sold by Mirumi may be shipped directly to the customer by our international fulfillment partners.

After an order has entered fulfillment, we might not be able to change or cancel it. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If different delivery terms are displayed on a product page or at checkout, the terms displayed for that order apply.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the order has been dispatched.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at userdniy.nikita@gmail.com. Include your order number so that we can investigate the shipment.

A delay does not automatically mean that a shipment has been lost. We will review the tracking information and contact the fulfillment partner or carrier when necessary.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying them.
